International Mobility Officer for Employees III

Ateneo De Manila University is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Mobility Officer for Employees III to join our team in Bali. This role is pivotal in managing and facilitating international mobility opportunities for our employees, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing their potential through global exposure. As an International Mobility Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating with various stakeholders, including employees, HR departments, and external partners, to organize and execute international assignments, exchanges, and study abroad programs.

In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement mobility strategies that align with the university's goals and the career aspirations of our employees. You will be responsible for managing the entire mobility process, from application and selection to pre-departure and post-arrival support. This includes handling visa applications, arranging accommodations, and providing cultural orientation to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate international mobility programs, including study abroad, work assignments, and exchanges.
• Develop and implement mobility strategies that align with the university's goals and the career development of employees.
• Handle visa applications, passport renewals, and other documentation required for international travel.
• Arrange and manage accommodations, travel, and other logistical aspects of international assignments.
• Provide cultural orientation and support to employees before, during, and after their international assignments.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of mobility programs on employee development and university goals.
• Collaborate with HR departments and external partners to ensure the successful execution of mobility programs.
• Stay updated with international mobility trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international mobility management, with a proven track record in coordinating and executing mobility programs.
• Proficient in English and at least one other international language.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international mobility management software, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar tools.
• Certification in international mobility management or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as required by the role.
