📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, advising them on the best products and techniques to achieve their desired look.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, hair styling, and skincare treatments to showcase the effectiveness of our products.
• Drive sales by recommending and upselling beauty products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail space, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry to provide expert advice to customers.
• Assist in organizing beauty workshops and events to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales and building customer relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of beauty products, including makeup, skincare, and haircare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise and consult with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and retail management software.
• Familiarity with beauty industry trends and certifications is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and stand for extended periods.
