📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and control costs across all departments to ensure financial targets are met.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and manage departmental budgets.
- Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in cost control or a similar accounting role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
