📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract and retain top talent.
• Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Develop and implement training programs using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and training.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Experience with recruitment software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Strong understanding of training and development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
