📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product growth and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.
• Organize and execute trade promotions, including sampling, point-of-sale displays, and in-store demonstrations.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the premium retail or trade promotion industry.
• Proficient in using sales software such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the premium cigar market and industry trends.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
