📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and integration of WMS and ERP systems, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to warehouse staff on the use of WMS and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT and warehouse management.
• Participate in system upgrades and new feature implementations to keep our systems current and effective.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and integration of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with ERP and WMS systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in ITIL or PMP are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
