📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, videos, and articles
• Conduct research and gather information to support content creation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
• Manage and mentor junior content creators
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and strategy
• Proven track record of creating engaging and effective content
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
