📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and improve KYC processes to ensure compliance with OJK, OJK, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline KYC procedures and enhance customer onboarding.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of KYC documentation to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on KYC best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize SAP and Jira to manage and track KYC processes efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues.
• Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
• Ensure all KYC activities align with the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in KYC compliance, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Certification in KYC compliance or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OJK, OJK, and local regulations governing KYC processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using SAP and Jira for process management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
