📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dishes.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Assist with the preparation of food and drinks when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai waiter/waitress di restoran atau hotel.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
