You will work closely with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export-import processes, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
• Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth trade operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to both domestic and international clients.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Track and manage trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Monitor and report on trade performance metrics and trends.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international trade.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on export-import processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
