📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails using fresh ingredients and premium spirits.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all supplies are properly managed.
• Assist in the preparation of food items, such as appetizers and desserts, to complement the bar menu.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Uphold and promote the values and standards of Accor and our resort.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and bar service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably as a bartender or barista.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software, such as Maitre D' or Toast.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
