PT Firdaus Cipta is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commis Chef to join our team in Kuta, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the head chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well as part of a team.,Valid food handler's permit.
