📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting operations of the Senayan Park mall, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support the business objectives and strategic initiatives.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information for decision-making purposes.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
