PT Giri Kencana is looking for a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Maintain positive employee relations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Handle employee grievances and disputes in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
