🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
