📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of 20-30 staff members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to maintain cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or F&B establishment.
