📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives, including waste management, energy efficiency, and renewable energy projects.
• Support operational activities, including logistics, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to track the performance of our sustainability and operational projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and reports.
• Work closely with our sustainability and operations teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Contribute to the development of our company's sustainability strategy and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sustainability, operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with sustainability and environmental management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
