📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spending to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a leadership role in the last 3 years.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
