📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
