📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and improve KYC processes to ensure compliance with OJK, OJK, and local regulations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline KYC procedures and enhance customer onboarding.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of KYC documentation to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide training and guidance to staff on KYC best practices and regulatory requirements.
Utilize SAP and Jira to manage and track KYC processes efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance issues.
Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop and implement compliance strategies.
Ensure all KYC activities align with the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in KYC compliance, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Certification in KYC compliance or related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of OJK, OJK, and local regulations governing KYC processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using SAP and Jira for process management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
