📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with the head office for supply and promotion activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
