📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
