📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right fit for the role.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition metrics and KPIs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
