PT Surya Harapan is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including daily journal entries, reconciling bank statements, and posting transactions.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
