As a Children & Youth Care Mentor / Student Care Teacher at Promisedland Community Services, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and engaging learning space. Your daily tasks will include developing and implementing lesson plans, engaging children in interactive activities, and providing one-on-one support to ensure their academic and personal growth. You'll work closely with a team of educators and support staff to create a holistic learning experience that addresses both the academic and emotional needs of the children.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of the children.
• Engage children in interactive and educational activities to foster a love for learning.
• Provide one-on-one support to children to ensure their academic and personal growth.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and educators as needed.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement programs that address the social, emotional, and educational needs of the children.
• Attend team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in child care and education.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in child care or education, preferably in a similar role.
• Certification in child development or early childhood education is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
