The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and safely.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing delivery routes.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best deals on vehicle maintenance and fuel.,Conduct regular audits of vehicle usage and maintenance to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
