PT Kusuma Pancaran is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

The Fleet Coordinator will work closely with the operations team to ensure that vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that all drivers are properly trained and certified.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that all maintenance records are properly documented.
  • Oversee the training and certification of all drivers, including regular safety inspections and driver performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including vehicle registration, insurance, and emissions standards.
  • Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs to senior management.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure that all fleet vehicles are properly insured and that insurance claims are processed in a timely manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
