📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure quality.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to address performance and training needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the front office to manage guest check-ins and check-outs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills with a strong understanding of operational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software such as Opera, Cendyn, or similar systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards relevant to Bali.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
