📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waitress in managing the dining area and ensuring a smooth flow of service.,Take food and beverage orders from customers accurately and efficiently.,Deliver food and drinks to the tables promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.,Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive and professional attitude.,Assist in stocking and organizing the kitchen and dining area.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage services.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
