📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by monitoring food preparation and cooking processes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff members in cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.,Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting improvements and new ideas.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure, especially during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of cooking quality dishes in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit or equivalent.
