📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Supervise a team of technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to perform their tasks effectively.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.,Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise in the workshop.,Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained in the workshop.,Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance workshop performance.,Maintain accurate records of workshop activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a workshop or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of workshop operations, machinery, and maintenance procedures.,Proven ability to supervise and mentor a team of technicians.,Familiarity with quality control processes and industry standards.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
