📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the corporate office to implement company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
