Darsyafii Islamic School is seeking a dedicated Shadow Teacher to support our Special Needs Support Educator in providing quality education to students with special needs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Special Needs Support Educator in planning and implementing lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with special needs.
  • Support students in the classroom by providing individual attention, guidance, and encouragement.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of assessments to monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure the overall success and well-being of students with special needs.
  • Participate in school events and activities to support the educational and social development of students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate this information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or professional with a degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies for supporting students with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the needs of diverse students.
  • Commitment to the principles of Islamic education and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of students.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid teaching certification or relevant teaching experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references.
