In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained facility.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special promotions and events.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and financial stability.,Ensure the restaurant's reputation for excellence is maintained by providing exceptional customer service.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food and beverage service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
