📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Participate in product launches and promotional events to drive sales and brand awareness.,Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and clean driving record.
