📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient and effective management of all logistics activities.,Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to optimize the supply chain and improve operational efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.,Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
