📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.,Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.,Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data accuracy and quality.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on data analysis findings and recommendations.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data modeling.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of Data Analysts.,Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
