📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the tea industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
