📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and procedures.,Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
