📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the F&B service operations to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.,Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages to customers.,Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.,Participate in shift planning and staff scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B service or a related field.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
